The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund exists to ensure that the great apes, especially gorillas, survive in Rwanda and Congo. With less than 1000 of these beautiful creatures left in the wild the need for action is urgent.
More than just survival the Fund wants to ensure gorillas thrive alongside local people balancing ecology and economy. A Strategy Map enabled by =mc showed how this balance would work, how success could be tracked, and how governments and donors could be engaged.
The planet is in danger, and FoE needs to help raise awareness to promote public and political action.

The International Red Cross and Red Crescent wanted their first ever global resource mobilisation strategy.
They needed an integrated strategy to grow income significantly from the current $30B to meet the increasing needs of people in the developed and developing world.
