Cambridge Assessment is the UK's largest provider of educational assessment, and one of the largest providers in the world. As
part of a radical new business strategy they asked =mc to create a series of programmes to help managers successfully
lead their staff through the changes. The programme ran over six months and involved almost all staff, helping them develop
new competencies and capacities to deal with the changing commercial environment.
Kenya is one of the economic success stories in Africa. Sadly this means environmental degradation. And it's also a place where
'megafauna' like elephants, rhinos and giraffes are under threat from poaching. WWF International wanted to support WWF Kenya
to help them become more self-sustaining to tackle these threats. =mc was engaged to develop a private fundraising
strategy ensuring Kenyans provided direct support for the cause.
