workshop

I now realise how an understanding of Emotional Intelligence can really benefit all areas of an organisation - from management level to fundraising. I've already used many of the techniques and have been getting really positive results.

Elaine Bennett, Director of Fundraising, Prostate Cancer Charity

My team and I have been through some major changes and the reality is that change isn't always an easy journey. I'm a strong believer that management isn't just 'what you do' but 'the way that you do it'. This course was perfect - for both self and staff-management and even established managers like me. It honed my self-awareness, self-motivation and empathy skills. I've faced some difficult decisions but approached them with confidence and sensitivity and I know the right choices were made. I would definitely recommend this course, as an understanding of Emotional Intelligence is essential for managerial success.

Geoff Gibbs, Executive Director - Corporate Services, BSA@NIACE

The training delivered by =mc is highly creative and makes you really re-examine your own approach to learning. It's refreshing to work with a training provider that is supportive and really understands the culture of our organisation.
