workshop

I attended this programme after a recommendation from a colleague and because of it's unique focus on not-for-profit management. I was facing an increasingly hectic, ever changing workload managing 10 widely dispersed staff. The 3 days gave me solid and practical insights into the world of management. I left with a deeper understanding of myself as a manager and a range of practical tools that have radically improved my own effectiveness, as well as that of my team. I am more confident at delegating, which in turn has allowed me to 'take a step back' and examine the needs of my staff.

Tom Stokes, Player Development Manager, Rugby Football Union for Women

This was the most useful and fun training course I have been on. The content highlighted some of the real-life challenges for new managers and how to deal with them. I genuinely feel that this will have a significant impact on my effectiveness at work.

Danielle Houghton, Acting Country Manager Zambia, Christian Aid

Thank you! This was a very energetic and inspiring programme. The mixture of theory with practical exercises and feedback has given me a real insight into how to be an effective manager.

Alex Cooney, Programme Manager South East Asia, CAFOD

I found the programme incredibly useful. Straight away I've been able to apply the tools and techniques that I learnt to my daily work. I now have more confidence in managing people as well as my own effectiveness.

Emma Matthews, Head of Qualifications, Architects Registration Board

It was a really productive three days. The training was really engaging and it was my best experience of a course leader so far! I will definitely recommend =mc to friends and colleagues.

Haley Morgan, Information & Office Manager, Screen East Locations
