About =mc

Our mission is to transform the performance of not-for-profit organisations worldwide through outstanding training and consultancy.

The Management Centre (=mc) works to transform the performance of not-for-profit organisations through leading-edge management consultancy, fundraising consultancy, and training and development.

Our professional and positive approach, combined with innovative thinking and practical solutions, have helped a wide range of charities in the UK and worldwide. As a result, we're pleased to say that most of our work comes to us by recommendation.

Leading expertise

We offer a wide pool of expertise in strategy, change, innovation, coaching, communication skills, major donor fundraising and capital campaigns.

All of our consultants have extensive experience across the not-for-profit sector, and we also bring experience and knowledge from the private sector.

We practise what we preach!

Underpinning the =mc approach is a commitment to issues of social justice – and this is shared by all staff at =mc. Read more about our vision, mission and values, and our Corporate Social Responsibility.

Worldwide

=mc has a network of partner organisations worldwide able to help you – whether it's delivering an =mc training programme in a local language, tailored to your culture or using =mc's powerful consultancy approaches to tackle your organisational challenge.

The partnerships extend to the Middle East, Australasia, USA, Asia, Mexico and Brazil. Find out more by visiting our international hub page at www.managementcentre.com.

Mark Astarita, Director of Fundraising, British Red Cross

=mc has a wealth and breadth of knowledge, a terrific understanding and vast experience of the ethos and culture of the not-for-profit sector. This together with their 'anything is possible' approach made =mc an obvious choice for the RNLI to partner with, to develop and deliver in-house training for our staff.

Marie Smith, Training and Development Manager, RNLI
