| Open Programme Training Administrator |

| As the Open Programme Training Administrator, you will be central to the effective administration of open training programme bookings and customer satisfaction. The role gives you hands-on experience in all the facets of successful event coordination. From booking the venues to greeting participants on arrival and following up on feedback afterwards – you will be part of the entire process. You will have regular contact with a wide variety of people from a diverse range of organisations including WWF, Film London and WaterAid. If you believe in outstanding customer care, have a sharp eye for detail and an organised approach to work, then we’d love to hear from you. Salary: £17K pa pro-rata. This role is part-time (20 hours per week, minimum 4 days per week) and is fixed-term for six months, with a review for a permanent position. Working days are negotiable. |

You'll work mostly on strategy development, larger campaigns and major donors. Part of the benefit of the post is you get to work alongside internationally regarded experts such as Bernard Ross and Angela Cluff. To give you an idea of the work you'd be doing we're currently engaged in projects advising on targets as big as £150M. In the recent past we have worked on a 27 country $500M campaign and a £40M appeal for a gallery. We work in the UK and internationally. Our customers include the British Council, NSPCC, Imperial War Museum, UNICEF and CARE International UK. £ negotiable according to experience + profit related bonus. |
