Marketing Assistant

We need a customer-focussed and ambitious individual to be responsible for our training sales and fulfilment. This exciting role offers you responsibility for a wide range of activities.

You'll like communicating with customers, be systematic and keen to achieve targets. It's likely to be your first or second job and you'll bring your own skills and want to learn and grow.

£16.5-18.5K + profit share after first year

Senior Fundraising Consultant

As a senior fundraising consultant you'll be working in our small high-level team. You'll work mostly on strategy development, larger campaigns and major donors. Part of the benefit of the post is you get to worrk alongside internationally regarded exerts such as Bernard Ross and Angela Cluff.

To give you an idea of the work you'd be doing we're currently engaged in projects advising on targets as big as £150M. In the recent past we have worked on a 27 country $500M campaign and a gallery appeal for £40M in Wakefield.

We work in the UK and internationally. Our customers include the British Council, NCH, Imperial War Museum, UNICEF and CARE International UK.

£ negotiable according to experience + quarterly bonus + contribution related bonus after first year.

Management Consultant

Working in our small team alongside Judy Beard, you'll help organisations with strategic planning, change and developing innovative cultures.

Our customers include Médecins Sans Frontières, Amnesty International, British Red Cross, and the National Trust for Scotland.

£ 30-42.5K + quarterly bonus + contribution related bonus after first year.
