At the moment
I am working with RSPCA to help them develop a consultancy business in the fields of performing and farm animals. The consultancy will aim to boost the RSPCA's income.
Recently I have also:
- Developed a joint strategy for WSPA's collaboration with the Metropolitan Police's Wildlife Crime Unit
- Developed plans to assist organisations with their re-structures and efficient allocation of transition funds
- Assisted IPPF with the structuring of their resource mobilisation team
Before =mc
My early career was as an economist as a fellow for the Overseas Development Institute (ODI). I was based in the small Island nation of Vanuatu working to train staff, conduct original research and liaise with international donors. I then moved on to work as an economic consultant, working with aid agencies such as ACIAR to ensure value for money and trace project funds before deciding to return to the UK to work as a Management Consultant.
Since returning to the UK I have been involved in a number of change projects for organisations such as London Underground as well as working on transformation programmes for a number of local authorities.
