What opportunities are there for promotion as a trainer or consultant? |

You can expect within two years to be a senior consultant. And within three years to be managing project teams. But there is no limit to how quickly you progress. |

Who are your customers? |

We work with some major organisations including Amnesty International, Oxfam, NSPCC, Macmillan Cancer Support, UK Film Council, the Children’s Society and UNESCO. We also work with a number of local authorities and governmental agencies. Click here to see our list of customers. |
What is the interview process like? |
|
We normally have group interviews at first to establish your ability to interact well with others. We then usually do one or two individual interviews with a case study or practical presentation as the focus. The aim of the interview process is to allow you the chance to show us you at your best. |
