To carry out our international work, we have a team of fundraising consultants, trainers and management consultants with INGO experience.
The team has developed a range of programmes that specifically address the challenges of working in multi-cultural environments and managing people remotely.

People In Aid
People In Aid is an international network of development and humanitarian assistance agencies. People In Aid helps organisations whose goal is the relief of poverty and suffering to enhance the impact they make through better people management and support.
The Management Centre and People In Aid developed the International Management and Leadership Programme, a week-long residential course for international managers which=mc runs each autumn in association with People In Aid.
