Organisational Development
Increasingly, our customers are seeing that investment in internal capacity delivers results in external performance. We’re asked to help them to establish competencies, identify the gap between current and desired performance, introduce new ways of working, and develop stronger individual and team performance.
We work with a number of organisations to develop capacity at board and senior team level to provide effective organisational leadership.
How we help
- Conducting 360° assessments of individual performance
- Analysing team competencies and requirementsProviding training and coaching inputs to develop boards and senior teams
-
Facilitating top team sessions to analyse and improve team performance
The =mc approach
We created a 360° assessment tool specifically for boards and senior teams of not-for-profit organisations. This helps identify and analyse individual and team performance. From this, we can help prepare individual and/or team development plans.
To improve performance, we can:
- Provide training inputs
- Facilitate team development processes
- Observe teams in action and provide feedback and analysis
-
Provide one-to-one coaching, identify mentors and facilitate action learning sets
Our customers
We’ve helped boards and senior teams in a range of not-for-profit organisations. For example:
- We have used peer assessments with Amnesty International, the National Trust for Scotland and Regeneration East Midlands to assess team behaviour and capacity, and to set development agendas for future success
- We used a 360° assessment tool with Bury Metropolitan Borough Council’s top team, to establish individual and team development needs; this formed the basis of a team development programme
- We continue to work with the International HIV/AIDS Alliance’s senior team to develop a strong, coherent team to lead the organisation to higher levels of performance
