Research and analysis

Sometimes organisations benefit from a strong data-led approach: independent assessments or external benchmarking projects to help research a problem and evaluate current and past approaches.

How we help

We can help:

  • run feasbility studies to assess the potential of new projects
  • develop management information systems to help you assess and evaluate the impact of different programmes
  • benchmark your organisation's innovation processes against others in the sector using our unique innovation value-chain tool
  • carry out global research projects involving hundreds of staff, beneficiaries and stakeholders across different countries and cultures
  • provide valuable research to the sector through our own research programmes

Our approach

=mc's research team, led by knowledge management specialist David Segal, will bring a strong, data-led approach to your problems and provide independent assessments of difficult challenges.

Our research projects

We regularly carry out a wide-range of research projects:

  • we have run feasibility studies on new projects for UNICEF, the British Urban Regeneration Association and Drugscope
  • Soroptomists International commissioned us to carry out global research for its 90,000 members
  • we've helped Cancer Reesearch UK to develop a sophisticated Balanced-Scorecard based management information system to assess the impact of their legacy programme
  • CARE International used us to carry out a comparison of investment strategies in fundraising
