Setting learning indicators

If you want to measure key outcomes from a more complex learning and development programme, then you can set learning indicators – metrics that you can use as a proxy for levels of performance. For example, Broadway Housing studied staff rentention and user satisfaction to track the impact of a three year management development programme delivered by =mc.

By establishing your learning indicators before you deliver training, you can benchmark improvements against a base level.  =mc consultants can help you to identify and measure relevant learning indicators at the start of your programme.
