Strategy helps define where you need to focus in order to be successful. Our customers ask us to help identify where they should focus their energies, resources and finance.
We're also asked to help assess and analyse internal and external drivers, and identify the strengths and limitations of an organisation.

The =mc approach
We work closely with our customers to achieve agreed outcomes. This ensures that strategic decisions are shared and agreed. We can conduct a wide range of activities, including:
- Reviewing existing plans
- Conducting benchmarking research against selected competitors and/or sector leaders
- Facilitating strategy development workshops
- Coaching senior managers in the creation, development, communication, implementation and evaluation of strategies
Our customers
We've helped a range of organisations in the UK charity, INGO, and public sectors develop and implement strategy. For example:
- For Capability Scotland, we conducted an extensive consultation of staff, users and stakeholders to help develop a new visionary direction for the organisation
- As part of the strategic process we helped CAFOD develop and communicate its strategy using a web-based balanced scorecard
- We are working with the senior team at the International HIV/AIDS Alliance to develop a new organisational strategy, and to cascade this down to country level
