Terms & conditions for open training programmes

Please note: we have a separate set of terms and conditions for in-house training. For more information about these, email our Practice Manager, Moi Tu.

If you make a booking less than 28 days before a programme, the invoice will need to be settled before the first day of the respective programme.

=mc operates simple cancellation terms once you've made a confirmed booking.

  • If you cancel more than 28 days before the programme there is no penalty.
  • If you cancel a programme booking 15-28 days before the event, the full fee will have to be paid. You may, however, nominate another delegate to come in your place at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can transfer, on one occasion, to the same programme at a later date. This is provided the current invoice is paid along with an administration fee of £100+VAT. Please note that once transferred, you cannot receive a refund if you cancel your place.
  • If you cancel less than 15 days before your programme, the full fee will have to be paid. You may, however, either nominate another delegate to come in your place at no extra cost.

Responsibility of the organisation

In the event of a cancellation or transfer, whether due to illness or other unexpected circumstances, then immediate responsibility lies directly with the paying organisation to handle this according to the cancellation/transfer terms outlined above.

=mc reserves the right to cancel a programme at any time without liability. Should this occur, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a refund or a credit note.

The Management Centre has delivered various in-house learning and development programmes for us over the past few years. These have been very well received with consistently high feedback, and the consultants have really enthused and engaged our staff in the learning activities.
