Mark Astarita,

=mc has a wealth and breadth of knowledge, a terrific understanding and vast experience of the ethos and culture of the not-for-profit sector. This together with their 'anything is possible' approach made =mc an obvious choice for the RNLI to partner with, to develop and deliver in-house training for our staff.

Marie Smith,
Training and Development Manager, RNLI

=mc consultants helped Ealing to refocus our performance on learning and development more effectively as a whole, and delivered effective solutions to meet our needs and expectations. The project consultants worked hard to place themselves in the context of the local government environment and designed the project accordingly. I have always found =mc receptive and focused to work with, and they have managed to bring about new ways of working while respecting our culture and established procedures.

Director – People Strategy and Organisational Development,
