Clare has developed cases for a number of fundraising campaigns including NSPCC, UNICEF and Communitas Brazil. She was also a lead figure in developing the emergency fundraising response to the London Bombings on 7/7. |

Chris Washington-Sare, Fundraising PrincipalChris specialises in working on fundraising programmes involving regular and one-off donors for not-for-profit organisations of all sizes in Europe, Australia and developing countries.
Chris has nearly 20 years experience working with a range of not-for-profit organisations. Before joining =mc he was Director of Fundraising and Marketing at Greenpeace Australia Pacific. |

Kate Hogg, Senior Consultant Kate has nearly 20 years of not-for-profit experience in fundraising and business change. Before joining =mc in August 2011, Kate was a Business Change Manager at the NSPCC where she led on projects to deliver key elements of the NSPCC’s Strategy for the ChildLine and Fundraising Divisions.
She has extensive experience of fundraising at a senior level particularly major giving, working with volunteers and boards during Capital Campaigns as well as special events, and corporate fundraising.

Alex Jelly, Fundraising ConsultantAlex has over ten years of fundraising experience in strategic corporate, trust, community and particularly major donor fundraising.
She is currently working fundraising projects with a range of UK and international organisations including RNIB, UNHCR, OECD and CHILDREN with LEUKAEMIA.

Helen Thirlway, Fundraising Consultant Helen has over 8 years of fundraising experience, including strategy, trusts and foundations, and regular giving programmes. Having started her career in marketing and copywriting, she also has particular understanding of how to improve fundraising communications and supporter journeys, especially in didgital media. She has worked at senior level for a range of UK charities and, before joining =mc, she was UK Director at the International Primate Protection League (IPPL). This experience means that she also has broader, hands-on experience of charity law, fundraising at a strategic level, and the role of CEO and the board in fundraising. |

Sarah has worked as a consultant with government and not-for-profit organisations developing strategic plans, delivering workshops and improving business processes. She has also worked for over four years in public sector organisations on policy development, generating business cases and service transformation projects.

David Segal, Knowledge Management SpecialistDavid is an expert in knowledge management, strategy and fundraising. He worked for 22 years in senior management positions for leading international companies before dedicating himself to the not-for-profit sector in 1999.
David supports our management and fundraising consultancy work, and recently developed our 2009 Global Fundraising Confidence Survey.

Before joining =mc Chris delivered training and coaching for organisations as diverse as the Office for National Statistics, the NHS, the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Diana Memorial Fund. He has also previously worked for the Health Foundation and the Arts Council.

Natasha Okonkwo, Learning and Development ConsultantNatasha specialises in leadership and management. She is currently developing and delivering leadership and management programmes for the RNLI.
Before joining =mc Natasha worked for several years in the not-for-profit sector, in the fields of mental health and disability, and she has commercial experience in HR. Most recently she worked for the Mental Health Providers Forum where she delivered training for members.
