SESSIONS:

Engaging major donors with your charity

Monday 4 July 15:00

Engaging high-level supporters with your organisation is part of the glorious process of major donor fundraising. When RNIB wanted to discover how it could best engage its major donors, it commissioned a study into what others were doing to develop donor clubs, networking and recognition schemes and high-level giving programmes. Come along and hear the results - and find out what RNIB did next.

Speakers: Alex Jelly & Josephine Job (RNIB)

You're Good.. but could you be great?

Tuesday 5 July 12:00

Good to great (G2G) is one of a series of influential books by US management guru Jim Collins which describes how organisations grow from merely good to great. We'll explore the question: ""how can a good fundraising organisation become great?"" - raising enough money to address our mission in a sustainable way. We will also unveil the results of a research project comparing organisations and fundraising teams that have made the 'greatness' leap to those who did not.

Speakers: Bernard Ross & Paula Guillet de Monthoux

Creating a network of peers to help you with your career as a trust fundraiser
