Increasingly you have to be confident in both understanding and using a range of strategic tools to create strategic and operational plans. This workshop will give you that confidence and show you how to integrate them into an overall plan framework.
It will use numerous practical examples from public and voluntary sector organisations – local authorities, charities, and housing associations – and show how strategy helps contribute to results and whole organisation alignment.

This workshop has been used in-house by a number of agencies to develop their own strategic plans and strategic thinking including Amnesty International, UNICEF, UNAIDS and London Borough of Southwark.
