Managing Multiple Priorities

Practical solutions for improving personal effectiveness

We’re hoping to run a pop-up Managing Multiple Priorities programme in the coming months to answer the recent demand. Let us know if you’re interested and we’ll send you details before they’re made public, so you won’t miss out on a place.

The day goes further than just personal time management and provides insights into the challenges of managing time while working with others – including managing a heavy workload, reducing interruptions and dealing with dangerous ‘time bandits’.

You’ll leave feeling re-energised and with a renewed sense of focus, leaving you able to deal with the most demanding workload, and to achieve your long, medium and short-term goals with confidence.

Who is the programme for?

This programme is for individuals who want to boost their personal effectiveness and learn to cope more effectively with the pressures of a demanding workload.

  • “Great course. I’ve acquired essential skills I can use in any job or life stage.”

Holly Noon, Memberships & Events Manager, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment

  • “A great course from which everyone can gain invaluable skills applicable to everyday work.”

James Gwyther, Corporate Partnerships Executive, WWF

  • “The action sheet and scheduling session – so simple, so very practical. A great tool to take away, and one that I’ve already started using.”

Liz Hulme, Direct Marketing Manager, Farm Africa

  • “Learning the important distinction between ‘urgent’ and ‘important’ has been an incredibly useful lesson. I feel the course will prove to be hugely beneficial and I look forward to putting what I have learnt into practice.”

Pamela Macqueen, Accounts Manager, Affinity Trust

  • “This was so useful to me at this junction in my personal and professional life. I’m going to commit the time to use these techniques to reduce my stress levels and increase my performance. I’d recommend it to everyone – it really makes sense.”

Rebecca Potter, Service Development and Implementation Manager, Richmond Fellowship
