International Management Programme
Realise your leadership potential, enhance your personal effectiveness, maximise results through your people
The International Management Programme (IMP), was developed in 2005 by the Management Centre (=mc) in conjunction with People In Aid to address the need for highly creative, flexible and effective management in an international setting. The programme is designed to develop "rising stars" and international managers of INGOs who have further leadership potential.
A number of INGOs including Concern Worldwide, WWF, VSO and the International HIV/AIDS Alliance along with 6 other leading INGOs, have contributed to the content of the programme from a learning and development focus group. The programme covers practical tools and techniques for managing internationally, enhancing delegates' confidence and skills to maximise the impact of their work.
