Who should attend?

  • NGO project managers, regional specialists, technical advisors and programme managers who show potential to progress to leadership positions
  • experienced international managers looking to take their leadership skills to a higher level of effectiveness
  • managers leading multicultural or remote teams

Working around the globe with a range of INGOs, I manage projects and lead diverse and remote teams – it is a real struggle to maintain team enthusiasm when you're not always in the same office – let alone country. The deep insights and personal coaching over the five days were excellent. I have since revived an almost dead project! I am now a lot more confident in my decisions and excited by the opportunities ahead.

Raghuram Srinvasa Rao, UN Habitat, Somalia

This was a well-structured programme with lots of interactive learning. The trainers had a strong grasp of the challenges faced by INGOs and I left the programme with a comprehensive toolkit, which I can apply to work immediately.
