workshop

I left this programme with an excellent overview of the key strategic models as well as relevant examples on how to apply them. After taking the learning back to my work we have transformed the way we plan as an organisation – resulting in greatly improved internal and external communication, performance monitoring and of course, the delivery of our strategic objectives!

Julie Alexander, Group Quality & Performance Manager, Dominion Housing Group

I was really impressed by the quality and depth of this training. It is an essential course for anyone who wants to improve their strategic planning. Excellent!

Pete Brunskill, Transport Policy Team Leader, Southampton City Council

I've been impressed with Bernard's ability to clarify what can seem a complicated and sometimes grinding process. His work with the board and senior managers has been crucial in helping us create a plan that will take Broadway into the next chapter of our story and the next level of performance.

Howard Sinclair,
Chief Executive, Broadway Housing

This programme offers a range of practical tools for improving the effectiveness of strategic planning. Overall, it was a really worthwhile day that I would definitely recommend to others.
