Emotional Intelligence in Management

Develop your interpersonal and intrapersonal skills through Emotional Intelligence

In association with

If you're a manager, you often need to feel confident and in control in challenging situations with colleagues, customers, donor and even service users. Emotional Intelligence (EI) offers you a number of techniques and technologies to maintain your own motivation and momentum under pressure, and to maintain a positive balance.

I now realise how an understanding of Emotional Intelligence can really benefit all areas of an organisation - from management level to fundraising. I've already used many of the techniques and have been getting really positive results.

This course honed my self-awareness, self-motivation and empathy skills. I've faced some difficult decisions but approached them with confidence and sensitivity and I know the right choices were made. I would definitely recommend this course, as an understanding of Emotional Intelligence is essential for managerial success.

I thoroughly enjoyed this programme. The trainer's style was fantastic – he presented the material in a way that was easy to understand and digest. It made me realise that emotional intelligence is something everyone should learn about.
