Emotional Intelligence in Management

Develop your interpersonal and intrapersonal skills through Emotional Intelligence

If you're a manager, you often need to feel confident and in control in challenging situations with colleagues, customers, donor and even service users. Emotional Intelligence (EI) offers you a number of techniques and technologies to maintain your own motivation and momentum under pressure, and to maintain a positive balance.

Identifying the different social styles and learning to work between them was really helpful and something that I will use in daily interactions in work.

Paul Collins, Curator, British Museum
