Performance Management for Managers

Maximising organisational effectiveness through individual performance

Performance Management for Managers is based on =mc’s years of experience of working in-house with organisations to help improve managers’ skills and confidence in managing performance.

Benefits to you and your organisation

  • explore a range of techniques and skills which you can apply straight away in your organisation to improve performance at all levels

Learning approaches

This is a highly participative programme with time built in for reflection. Through trying out ideas, practising skills, working on individual issues and tackling problems in small groups, participants find themselves directly engaged with all the key issues.

Participants will also be challenged by some of the latest thinking and current ideas, which they can use to benchmark themselves and their organisation – and plan their approach for the future.
