Core modules
Strategic Leadership is three linked, but discrete days each composed of a number of modules:
- Strategic thinking: a hallmark of a successful leader is the ability to think strategically. This day introduces practical uses for newer frameworks from the balanced scorecard to Ansoff's matrix
- Transformational leadership: you'll have a 360° assessment on your leadership style using Kouzes and Posner's Leadership Practices Inventory. Through this you'll identify and understand your preferred style – and practise flexibility to transform the way colleagues perceive you as a leader
- Integrated change: the final day offers tools to successfully analyse and implement changes in organisational culture and approach, while maintaining personal and team motivation
Learning approaches
This programme is largely case study-driven, giving you maximum opportunity to learn from and pool your expertise with other senior managers. As well as formal input, the programme leaders offer 121 coaching to each delegate.
