Over three intensive days we help you identify what makes a successful leader and introduce you to your Intelligent Leadership profile, a 360o emotional intelligence model developed by =mc.

Learning approaches
You'll lead and take part in exercises, analyse your performance and receive feedback from fellow delegates – all the time relating the learning back to your workplace.
