Today Wednesday (18th) The Management Centre will be hosting a thought leadership event in Geneva with a number of senior INGO and UN agency leaders to address the question: How do we secure unrestricted income to deliver on our mission? Among the agencies represented will be The Global Fund, UNICEF, UNHCR, WWF, International Diabetes Federation IFRC and MSF.
The invitation only event is being held at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies HQ and brings together 10 of the worlds largest INGOs for a truly strategic discussion on how to cope with the impact of significant reductions of multilateral and governmental funds.
The day will be a mix of presentations and discussions.It will address the following questions:
How important is restricted income versus ‘semi restricted’ or thematic?
Which countries are delivering or will deliver maximum results in unrestricted income – developed markets/MICs?
Which techniques/channels are delivering maximum results?
How do we resource for success- global support teams, regional experts, local resource?
What are the secrets of successful market entry?
What do we believe are the key success drivers overall?
