My expertise involves leading functions in and beyond the core HR/OD disciplines:
I’ve just finished working on the current phase of the UNICEF International Organisational Management Plan- an intense assignment involving helping to design a new fit-for-purpose structure for this global humanitarian organisation. And I am about to start the next phase of my work on the massive HS2 project.
My early career was in retail with Tesco as training and HR manager. I then moved moved into the social housing sphere, ending up as a Group Head of People and Performance at The Aspire Group. Aspire provides housing, training, and neighbourhood and business services. It includes: a registered social housing agency owning and managing 9,000 homes, an education and training company, several social enterprises, a charitable arm and a membership organisation.
As Group Head of People and Performance at Aspire I was responsible for HRD, OD, Business Improvement, performance monitoring and management, Group Facilities and Group H&S (28 colleagues through 4 direct lines). I also led on major organisational change, T&C changes, ER framework development, and performance management.Contact Ele Morrissey
