She works with organisations to help establish clear vision and goals, build capacity and generate support and revenue for greater sustainability. She is highly experienced in strategic planning, leadership and relationship management, and fundraising and marketing. In addition, she is a highly regarded presenter and trainer.

Kitty has held several Board positions and is currently a Trustee of the NZ String Quartet. She has been a Board Member of international organisation The Resource Alliance for 6 years and currently chairs their first IFC Asia 2017.
