Stevie is an accomplished change leader, programme manager and fundraiser with ten years experience in the third sector and a track record of high quality delivery in demanding work. She has been described an “intelligent and dynamic team player with exceptional leadership skills” by a former customer. She thrives in ambiguity and complexity and brings a personal and enthusiastic style to challenging projects with =mc.

At the moment

At =mc, Stevie is working on a range of projects connected to income generation and creating sustainability especially in the healthcare and young people field. These include organisations in the UK and internationally.

Before =mc

Prior to working with =mc she was Programme Manager – Transforming Partnership Development for Macmillan Cancer Support. There she led a complex transformation project with matrix teams across the UK. She was responsible for leading the design of the processes, systems, tools, and learning and support offer required to transform the effectiveness of their partnership working. And before that she was Head of High Value Strategy and Experience, also with Macmillan. She has also held senior roles with NSPCC and in the commercial sector.
