Adapted from Jim Collins’ seminal business book, this challenging day will guide participants through a systematic process showing how they can apply the Good to Great principles to their work. The programme introduces participants to the three key modules of disciplined people, disciplined thought and disciplined action. It provides a guide to organisational transformation through Level 5 leadership, getting the right people on the bus, confronting the brutal facts, clarifying your ‘hedgehog concept’, creating a culture of discipline, and developing innovation accelerators.
