Developing, coaching and inspiring teams for greater results

This flagship training is specially designed for non-profit managers to be the stepping-stone to higher performance and greater responsibility. It provides new insight into how to engage, motivate and align teams – and how to develop teams and individuals to higher levels of performance.

The programme is organised alongside a series of models and cutting-edge frameworks, offering management theories, the chance to lead a small workgroup in a ‘live’ project, and an analysis of your own management style preferences. The two days also look at the key motivation theories behind individual performance, different models of leadership, and the importance of flexibility in leadership style.

This intensive programme is for managers looking for a way to extend and develop their skills and confidence, or more senior managers keen to refresh or renew their existing skill set in the light of changes at work.
