**NEW PUBLIC DATES**
We are running a reduced version of this programme in July 2025, in a quick fire half-day workshop, in order to support you with changes you are currently experiencing. We’ll explore core principles, ideas for how to manage change, and tools to enable you to support others.
6 or more people to train? Get in touch to talk about bringing the programme in-house to your organisation or call us on +44 (0)74 3690 3103. We have a variety of delivery and content options on offer depending on your needs and budget.
Managing change is one of the most challenging activities anyone can take on – whether as a manager, a team leader, or an HR professional.
This intensive programme shares =mc’s practical consulting experience helping a wide range of large and small agencies to develop effective change programmes – from NSPCC to Royal British Legion, to Glasgow City Council and Cambridge Assessment. As part of the programme, you’ll be able to work on own change programme as well as understand the key dos and don’ts.
This programme is designed to boost your skills and confidence to manage change at a team or whole department level. Participants work through a range of practical models, tools and approaches to change, applying these to real-work changes they are experiencing. They will explore change drivers, identify why change happens and why it is necessary, and what choices they have when it comes making change happen.
They also explore the ‘softer’ side of managing change, including how to communicate change effectively and how to use emotional intelligence in change to support their teams and others.
This intensive one-day programme is for individuals charged with managing change – managers who have been told change is happening, HR professionals needing to engage and support others, change agents tasked with making change happening, team leaders, or heads of department.
