Terms and Conditions

=mc operates simple cancellation terms once you’ve made a confirmed booking.

  • If you cancel more than 28 days before the programme there is no penalty.
  • If you cancel a programme booking 28 days or less before the event, the full fee will have to be paid. You may, however, nominate another delegate to come in your place at no extra cost.

Payment

Invoices must be paid within 28 days of issue, or before the programme start date – whichever falls earliest.

Responsibility of the organisation

In the event of a cancellation, whether due to illness or other unexpected circumstances, then immediate responsibility lies directly with the paying organisation to handle this according to the cancellation/transfer terms outlined above.
