Andreia focuses on supporting our customers to make sure that you have an outstanding experience before, during and after attending our training programmes. Andreia works closely with the Consultants to ensure that whenever you get in touch with with us, you get the answers you need regarding our programmes.
Andreia is super friendly, and also super speedy. Therefore you are in a safe pair of hands if you need support, whether that is during training programmes ̶ ensuring you are able to access materials and that any technology issues are quickly solved ̶ or at any other given time, by getting back to you in a timely manner. Andreia does a wide range of other things too, like making sure the data you give us is recorded accurately and supporting Consultants in preparation for training programmes.
Currently, I am focussed on taking bookings for our public training programmes such as our Emerging Managers programme and soon this will include our Project Management programme too. As well as this, I love being the first point of contact for people interested in knowing more about our work and helping people with finding the information they need.
At the same time, I have been enjoying supporting my colleagues on their training programmes. It’s such a privilege to be able to provide technical support, leaving the trainers to get on with the training. And in doing so, I get to watch our programmes such as the Emerging Managers, Project Management, Transformational Leadership, Managing Multiple Priorities, and even some of the in-house courses where an extra pair of hands are needed. I have the opportunity to learn more about all of the interesting techniques, practical tools and insightful tips taught during the programmes, many of which I can use in my work too.
