I’m currently taking parental leave and hope to be back in our training rooms in Spring 2025.
Recently, I have been working on key management skills with aspiring, emerging and established managers from across V&A, Solent Mind, Independent Age, Age UK and Christian Aid. I have also been working with teams at a few national charities helping them implement =mc’s Systems Model approach to project management. I’ve also really enjoyed facilitating a few of our Open Programmes bringing together participants from a wide range of non-profit organisations to work on key management, project management and personal effectiveness skills.
In addition to my role at =mc, I’m a Trustee for curious directive, an incredible theatre company based in Norwich who explore life through the lens of science. I’m passionate about all things leadership and management in our sector, and I’m always happy to share my experiences of this from the different roles I have had. I really enjoy discussing the challenges that people are experiencing right now in the sector, and seeing how our tools can help them overcome or navigate these.
Before joining =mc I ran my own consultancy and coaching business for four years. I designed and facilitated programmes for charities and organisations working with people tackling urgent issues like poverty, education, inequality, racism, health, climate change and homelessness.
My previous management roles have spanned marketing and communications, fundraising, digital transformation, project management and consulting as well as being a founding member of a start-up. I have also worked as a theatre director and performer in the UK, France and Sri Lanka.
Outside of =mc, I’m co-founder of the School of Theatre of the Oppressed (STOP) London where we bring together change-makers with communities experiencing oppression. I’m also one of the resident coaches on the Leading Researchers Programme across a wide range of UK universities with 64 Million Artists.
I look forward to welcoming you to our exciting programmes in the near future!
