At the moment

I’m currently working extensively across the arts and culture sector, supporting managers from Sadler’s Wells, Arts Fund, Criterion Theatre, Glyndebourne Opera, Farnham Maltings, A New Direction and the BFI in developing their people management skills at various levels.

I’m also looking forward to facilitating several Open Programmes this summer, bringing together participants from a wide range of non-profit organisations to develop key management, project management and personal effectiveness skills.

Alongside my role at =mc learning, I’m a Trustee for curious directive, an award-winning theatre company based in Norwich that explores life through the lens of science.

I’m passionate about leadership and management in the sector and always enjoy sharing insights drawn from my varied career. If you’re navigating challenges your organisation is facing right now, I’d love to explore how our tools and approaches can help.

Before =mc learning

Before joining =mc learning, I ran my own consultancy and coaching business for four years. I designed and facilitated programmes for charities and organisations working with people tackling urgent issues like poverty, education, inequality, racism, health, climate change and homelessness.

My previous management roles have spanned marketing and communications, fundraising, digital transformation, project management and consulting as well as being a founding member of a start-up. I have also worked as a theatre director and performer in the UK, France and Sri Lanka.

Outside of =mc learning, I’m co-founder of the School of Theatre of the Oppressed (STOP) London where we bring together change-makers with communities experiencing oppression. I’m also one of the resident coaches on the Leading Researchers Programme across a wide range of UK universities with 64 Million Artists.

I look forward to welcoming you to our exciting programmes in the near future!
