The Institute of Leadership and Management certification on =mc training programmes
Many of our programmes are recognised by The Institute of Leadership and Management as Institute Approved. This means that they have been assessed by The Institute and meet their high standards for quality learning.
Participants who attend all sessions of Approved programmes can also have their attendance on the programme recognised at a cost of £60 per person. The benefits of Institute Approved recognition include:
- A certificate for completing the programme, marking their professional development (these are currently digital but hard copy certificates will be available as soon as Covid restrictions allow.)

- Free Student Membership for one year – which will convert to Professional Membership (Associate) on completion of the course
- Digital credential confirming professional grade, allowing the use of AMInstLM after your name
- Access to the My Leadership, The Institute’s award-winning digital learning resources

- Access to a community of over 30,000 leaders
- Access to Edge online(The Institute’s online digital journal)
Please note: registrations made by =mc on your behalf are non-refundable and non-transferable. By requesting certification via your course booking form you are committing to the cost regardless of whether you later cancel your place. Should you be unable to attend your training programme and send someone else in your place they will need to register and pay the £60 charge if they want to receive a certificate.
You’ll be asked if you want to sign up for certification during the booking process on eligible programmes. If ‘yes’ we’ll register your details with The Institute on your behalf. Once the programme has been completed, we will update The Institute and they send us your certificate within 10 days. We will then forward this onto you.
*Please note: =mc waive the administration fee for this process, meaning the only cost to you is that charged by The Institute of Leadership and Management for the certification.
