Charlotte worked for over 20 years in the not-for-profit sector. Before joining =mc ten years ago, she created and implemented a development programme to build the effectiveness and long-term sustainability of partner organisations around the world.
I am continuing to deliver a lot of Project Management training in-house with organisations. This very practical course remains one of our most popular training programmes. Over the next five months, I am working with Trussell Trust to support them to embed a new approach to project management internally. I am also looking forward to delivering our project management public programme.
I am also delivering a range of management programmes, including our Emerging Managers Programme to support people to build their management skills and confidence. I am delivering this with the Royal Shakespeare Company, B-Lab, Opera North and Ember.
I am also delivering Advanced People Management programmes, with Smile Train and the James Hutton Institute, supporting managers to stretch their management skills.
Our Transformational Presentation Skills programme continues to be popular, and we are running this programme for the World Food Programme repeatedly over the next few months. I love seeing the huge impact this programme makes on people’s presenting skills and their confidence.
I continue to facilitate team development sessions and I am looking forward to running an upcoming session with a department at the University of Oxford.
Before joining =mc I worked within the international not-for-profit sector in the UK and in Asia, for organisations such as Plan International and World Animal Protection. In my last role I was responsible for leading a global team. We created a development programme for partner organisations to support their long-term sustainability and impact. This involved helping the organisations to run a self-assessment of their capacity. Followed by bespoke support on strategic planning, board development, leadership, fundraising etc.
I am very passionate about the ethical sector and about developing individuals and teams to achieve sustainable results. I also love working with senior management teams, helping them to prioritise, create effective internal collaboration and shape their culture.
