Charlotte specialises in leadership development, team facilitation and strategy development.
Charlotte worked for over 20 years in the not-for-profit sector. Before joining =mc ten years ago, she created and implemented a development programme to build the effectiveness and long-term sustainability of partner organisations around the world.
Over the summer I am delivering a lot of Project management training in-house with organisations. This very practical course remains one of our most popular training programmes. I am delivering this online for Reading University, the British Red Cross, and Anglia Ruskin Students Union.
I am also delivering a range of bespoke Leadership Programmes to support leaders to get the very best from their teams and to be strategic with their leadership choices. Examples include programmes with the Academy of Medical Sciences and CharityComms.
I am also continuing to deliver a modular programme for leaders at Local Trust. This has run for nine months and focuses on the skills to lead through others and create sustainable impact and change.
Change management continues to an important topic for many organisations. I am currently delivering a Leading Change programme for managers at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
Finally, I have recently worked with Opera North, supporting them to develop their organisational values. They took a very participatory approach to this, involving all their staff in defining what is most important to them as an organisation, and it was a pleasure to work with them.
Before joining =mc I worked within the international not-for-profit sector in the UK and in Asia, for organisations such as Plan International and World Animal Protection. In my last role I was responsible for leading a global team. We created a development programme for partner organisations to support their long-term sustainability and impact. This involved helping the organisations to run a self-assessment of their capacity. Followed by bespoke support on strategic planning, board development, leadership, fundraising etc.
I am very passionate about the ethical sector and about developing individuals and teams to achieve sustainable results. I also love working with senior management teams, helping them to prioritise, create effective internal collaboration and shape their culture.
