Charlotte specialises in leadership development, team facilitation and strategy development.
Charlotte worked for over 20 years in the not-for-profit sector. Before joining =mc six years ago, she developed and delivered organisational development programmes to improve the long-term sustainability and impact of charities.
I am currently developing and delivering a range of leadership and management programmes for organisations including Into Film, the Institute of Physics and MS Society.
I am also working with the London Borough of Hackney to support managers at all levels with programmes including Transformational Leadership Programme, Advanced Management Skills and Introduction to Management. I am also running workshops for all staff in their Housing Services department looking at behaviour and culture.
I have just launched the fourth modular management programme at the Royal Shakespeare Company, which covers a range of leadership topics over seven months. I continue to work with the RSC to embed their project management approach, and with their senior team on developing their organisational culture.
I am also about to launch a Management Development Programme for Arthritis Research UK and Arthritis Care. This involves 14 workshops looking at a range of skills including Managing Performance, Coaching, Managing Change etc.
I am delivering bespoke facilitated sessions with senior teams. I really enjoy supporting them to develop their strategy and to create a shared approach to leadership.
Before joining =mc I worked within the international not-for-profit sector in the UK and in Asia, for organisations such as Plan International and World Animal Protection. Most recently at World Animal Protection I was responsible for leading a large global team. We created a development programme for partner organisations to support their long-term sustainability and impact. This initially involved assisting the organisations to run a self-assessment of their capacity. This was then followed by bespoke support on strategic planning, board development, leadership, fundraising etc.
