At the moment

Spring is here, and with it comes an exciting season of partnerships and programmes designed to support organisations through change, collaboration, and communication.

I’m thrilled to be working with the V&A to strengthen their Feedback and Coaching skills within teams — two essential skills for building trust, encouraging collaboration, and driving performance. In a world of constant change, creating a culture where teams can learn and grow together has never been more important.

Speaking of change, it continues to be a dominant theme across sectors. With ongoing shifts in the economy, society, and political landscape, organisations are having to adapt quickly and thoughtfully. That’s where our Managing Change and Change and Me training days come in — practical, empowering sessions that equip both managers and individuals with the tools to take action within their sphere of influence. I’ll be running these sessions with fantastic organisations including Unicef UK and NIHR in the coming months.

And that’s not all — I’m also partnering with a brilliant small organisation, Aguaconsult, on Presentation Skills. These workshops help teams show up with impact when engaging with funders, clients, and external partners. It’s one of my favourite programmes because the transformation participants make in such a short time is genuinely inspiring.

Before =mc learning

I started my career in the environmental charity sector developing and delivering community conservation projects before moving on to recruit, train and manage staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service for the National Trust.

Whilst at Sustrans I was the lead project officer working on innovative volunteer-led projects within communities across London, including working with the Greater London Authority (GLA) to raise awareness about air pollution in London. I was responsible for the development and delivery of the Sustrans volunteer strategy across three regions. My love of developing and delivering training programmes supporting volunteers and staff has led me to concentrate on a career in learning and development.
